They say a month is a long time in show business and a Warrington outfit have been proving the truth in this traditional celebrity adage.

The Bridge have moved on from a successful demo recording session, at Parr Street studios to gain credibility with players within the industry.

The rocky funk outfit recently travelled to London for a prestigious Battle of the Bands competition and knocked there pretenders of their throne by the coveted
title.

And following the bands success, rumours are circulating that representatives from the music giants EMI could make a trip to their next london gig - at the CherryJam london December 7 - to see what all the fuss is about.  Dicussions are also planned this month where The Bridge speak to midlands based Holier Than Thou Records with a view to a deal.

From The Warrington Guardian following The Bridge being voted winners but an overwhelming %70 of the audience.  None of them came with The Bridge.
